Find Yourself! A Wellbeing Retreat for Women


  • Bookings are confirmed only upon full-payment via our online payment portal. Sorry no space can be held or taken over the phone.
  • We accept Visa and MasterCard as payment and process via Stripe or PayPal.
  • There are no discounts for late arrivals or early departures.
  • Unless otherwise stated, retreat prices are in $AU and per person.
  • Guests must be at least 18 years of age to attend
  • By making payment or booking for the retreat, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.


  • Confirmed bookings may be transferred to another person should you be unable to attend, provided that you inform us in writing and supply relevant contact details.
  • We are happy to reschedule you to another retreat date should you be unable to attend, please let us know via email.
  • If you wish to share with a friend who has booked separately, please notify us of your request and we will do our best to place you in the same room.
  • Once your booking is processed, you will receive a booking confirmation. If you do not receive a tax invoice and require one, please contact us via email to askus@quirkyforest.com
  • By progressing with your booking and payment, it is understood that all attendees on the same booking have agreed to both the waiver and the terms and conditions.
  • Please consider whether travel insurance is appropriate for you.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you need to cancel or make changes to your booking, please notify us by email to askus@quirkyforest.com. You must include your full name, booking details and retreat dates. 
  • If you cancel your booking, you will receive a retreat credit to reschedule to another available date.
  • If Quirky Forest cancels the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances we will offer a 100% retreat credit so you can reschedule to another future available retreat date 
  • A refund will only be offered where there is a legal obligation to do so.
  • Any refunds given will take place via one of our online payment systems, Stripe or PayPal, and refunded to the card you originally paid with. Sorry, no direct debit refunds available. Once your refund is processed you will receive an automated email.


  • A place on our retreat can only be held once full payment is made. 
  • If you would like to be on the waitlist for a retreat date that is fully booked, please email us with your contact details and the retreat date. If a space becomes available we will be in contact.
  • The waitlist is maintained until 7 days before the retreat start date. Those listed will be moved to the next retreat date, unless otherwise requested.

Retreat Centre

  • No alcohol is to be consumed at the retreat or in our surrounding grounds/area
  • Smoking and recreational drug use is prohibited in and around the retreat centre, including the surrounding bushland.
  • During Covid-19 regulations you must respect and follow physical distance requirements.
  • We have a no pet policy, however, if you have a service dog, please contact our crew prior to booking.
  • We have a friendly dog who occasionally visits the retreat
  • Whilst rooms are lockable, we suggest items of high value are either not brought along to the retreat, or are kept safely locked away.
  • Parking is available on the property.
  • We have quiet time each night from 9:30pm until the following morning at 7am.
  • Room arrangements vary. Please check your selection when booking. Rooms are either private with an ensuite, shared room with an ensuite or twin-share with a shared bathroom in the communal retreat house.
  • Solo retreaters who are opting to share with another retreater will be paired up with the same gender.
  • Light sleepers or snorers are encouraged to opt for the private room option.
  • If you have special dietary requirements such as allergies, vegetarian etc, please inform us via email at least 14 days prior to your retreat.
  • Only confirmed attendees and crew are to be at the retreat. Sorry, no guests.


  • Please inform us if you are pregnant and consult with your medical practitioner prior to booking to confirm that this retreat is appropriate for your condition. You may only attend the retreat if you are less than 6 months pregnant at the time of the retreat.
  • It is important you inform us of any health concerns, including mental health, physical injuries / ailments, allergies, etc, via email.
  • We do not provide health, medical or mental health advice. During the retreat we will guide you through various self development and self care activities including meditation techniques, creative expression and body movement sessions, to create a safe space for you to deepen your relationship with yourself.
  • As in with any new experience there can be triggering moments so please take steps to always be kind to yourself. It is important that you reach out and discuss with the crew if you feel you need support or assistance.
  • There are walking trails around our location. If you participate in walking activities or decide to take a walk, do so safely, within your own ability and with awareness of the natural environment.

Retreat Programs

  • No session is compulsory however we encourage you to take part in as many activities as you can to make the most of your retreat experience.
  • Whilst our retreats are not technology-free, access to service in the area is limited and not guaranteed.

Use of Written and Photographic Material

  • If you provide feedback on our form, on social media or via email, we may use this in marketing content.
  • Any photographs taken by crew, other attendees, or by you in and around the retreat may be used by us for marketing purposes.
  • If you would prefer we do not use any of the above material please advise us of this in an email.
