Lead Designer
  • Core focus: Led the Hong Kong digital product localisation for investments, offshore accounts, credit cards, and loans by adapting Singapore's scalable design system and core logic. Directed parallel tracks for Buy-Now-Pay-Later integrations and lab-validated Unit Trust content strategies.
  • Impact: Unified three fragmented platforms onto a shared component library, consolidated eight legal disclosures into a single compliant flow, and shipped four core product lines to engineering.

GoNetZero — Scaling Carbon Management for Enterprise SaaS

UX/UI Design Lead (Secondment)

About

Senior UX Designer and Design Lead with a hybrid background spanning product design, UX strategy, and creative leadership. Most recently at Section, I directed project delivery across FinTech and enterprise platforms alongside UI designers, researchers, and developers, aligning client KPIs with research-backed user experiences. This included a long-term secondment to GoNetZero (a Sembcorp subsidiary) to scale their enterprise SaaS ecosystem.

Previously, I spent over a decade leading creative across global and regional agencies—most recently as Creative Group Head at We Are Social Singapore leading work for Samsung Mobile Global's Unpacked launches, alongside roles at BBDO, JWT, and DDB/Tribal. This background grounds my product design in both systematic architectural rigour and brand craft.
